Mobile phone innovations continue to arrive at a rapid pace. Being no stranger to said innovations; Samsung has introduced a motion sensitive mobile phone.
Called the SCH-S310, Samsung's latest developments sports "six-axis sensor to detect motion," according to PC Pro. Because the phone recognizes motion, owners can dial numbers by simply "drawing" it in the air. For instance, if the user makes a "3" motion with the phone, the corresponding number will be entered for dialing.
There are other motions the SCH-S310 recognizes as well. Donga.com reports, "If the user draws "O" and "X," the phone will sound off "Yes" and "No" respectively. If the user shakes the phone at the karaoke, it gives the sound of a tambourine."
The phone will be available to Korean residents around March. There's been no mention of a Western release as of yet.
